General terms and conditions with customer information
1. Scope and seller
These general terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses (“Customer”) in the online shop Aebe.nl (“Seller”).

2. Subject of the contract
The contract covers the sale of goods (e.g. personalised slate and wood products with laser engraving, 3D-printed items) and the provision of digital content (e.g. music and book downloads).
3. Conclusion of the contract
(1) The product presentations in the online shop are an invitation to make an offer.
(2) By clicking the order button, the Customer makes a binding offer to buy.
(3) The contract is concluded when the Seller accepts the offer by a confirmation email or ships the goods.
4. Special conditions for personalised products (laser engraving)
(1) For items made to the Customer’s specification (e.g. engraving texts, the Customer’s own image files), the Customer must provide the required content free of errors.
(2) There is no statutory right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB).
5. Special conditions for digital content (downloads)
(1) Digital content is provided electronically (e.g. download link or email).
(2) The Customer receives a simple, non-transferable right to use the digital content for personal, private use only. Commercial use or redistribution is not allowed.
(3) The right of withdrawal expires early as soon as the Seller has started performing the contract (providing the download), after the Customer has expressly agreed to this and confirmed that they lose their right of withdrawal.
6. Prices and shipping costs
(1) In accordance with § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged (small business regulation). The prices on the product pages are final prices.
(2) Shipping costs are charged in addition to the prices, unless delivery is free of charge. The exact shipping costs are clearly shown during the ordering process. Digital content is delivered free of shipping costs.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the Seller until paid in full.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. For natural products (such as slate and wood), natural variations in colour, grain or structure are not a defect.
9. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of the Customer’s country of residence apply.
