Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Aebe.nl, owner: Aebe Strijker, Im Baumgarten 20, 66879 Niedermohr, Germany, email: aebe2025@gmail.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not required. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.
Exclusions and expiry
- There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g. engraved slate or wood items).
- The right of withdrawal expires for contracts for digital content not supplied on a physical medium (e.g. music or e-book downloads) once we have started performing the contract, after you have expressly agreed that we start before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal by doing so.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied proof that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen days have expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
